If the app feels slow or isn’t responding, try the steps below:
- Check your internet connection
Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. Try switching from one to the other. - Close and reopen the app
Fully close the app, then open it again. - Log out and log back in
Log out of the app, then log in again using your email address and password. - Delete and reinstall the app
If the issue continues, try deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it.
Deleting the app will not delete your account or your saved information.
