If the app isn’t opening or is closing unexpectedly, try the steps below:
- Close and reopen the app
Fully close the app, then open it again. - Restart your phone
Turn your phone off and back on, then try opening the app. - Update the app
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. - Delete and reinstall the app
If the issue continues, try deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it. Deleting the app will not delete your account or your saved information.
