If you’re having trouble logging in, try the steps below:

- Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to create your account.
- Check that there are no typos.
- Confirm that Caps Lock is turned off.
2. Reset your password
If you’re unsure about your password, tap “Forgot your password?” on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.
3. Update or reinstall the app
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
- If the issue continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
Reinstalling the app will not delete your account or the information you’ve stored in the app.
